Its Going Down, Im Yelling Timber!
Pitbull and Ke$ha make a great team. They have a strong bond making music feel powerful. The song Timber hits greatly with lyrics. The lyrics are impressive causing me to want to keep listening to the song. Timber hits great with beat. The beat changes sometimes. I really enjoy the instruments . I love the harmonica in the beginning and the harmonica makes the song Timber feel like a western song. I enjoy each part of the song. Now for the music video. The music video ties in great with the song. Ke$ha is gorgeous in the music video. The music video is in this western place and music video is gorgeous. Pitbull and Ke$ha are on the beach and the beach is beautiful. I like the wardrobe as well. Overall Timber is a great song. For all things music reviews keep it on Paul's Summer Blog. Shout out to everyone because its a three day weekend!
9.4/10 Amazing

+ Music video is brillant

What's There Not To Love?
I heard this song in my Spanish class. I was getting to putting it on the list and reviewing. I am going to review it. There are just some co. I have nothing to critic on the song. But just one thing. The beginning could be a little better that's it. The very beginning of the song is not well played. The instruments sounded cluster making it unbearable to listen to. But, then when the song went on I enjoyed listening ever. The instruments are so clean and soo peaceful causing me to listen to the song over and over. Piano Guys have re worked the song to a fantastic piece of music. The song its self is incredible. I love the song Titanium and I love the way Piano Guys made it work. Now for the music video. The music video is very well thought out. The different areas outdoors are very colorful and pretty. The music video ties in perfection with the song. The song feels like nature and the Piano Guys did a great job. Overall the song scores great. For all things music reviews keep it on Paul's Summer Blog. PH. Shout out to Bethany V. We have the best conversations lol.

I Live For The Applause, Applause, Applause
Oh GaGa the things you do. Applause makes a big comeback with this single. The song has a great message. The message of course is GaGa lives for the Applause. Doesn't everyone? We know GaGa is back but, that makes the songs even harder to listen to due to her being gone for a while. The lyrics are well written making the beat tie a long great. GaGa shows what she can do. Applause makes the Album make sense. GaGa makes a fantastic way of showing what she is capable of. The beat in the song as a good tune to it. The drums have a good beat making the song more up beat. I like songs that have a little up beat to it. Now for the music video. The music video is a great. The wardrobe is fantastic. The music video its self is incredible. GaGa is back for sure. Overall I applause to Applause greatly. For all things music reviews keep it on Paul's Summer Blog. PH. And a shout out to Curtis S, Josh C, Daniel K, and Joseph H for having the best Spanish presentation.
10/10 Masterpiece
Pros:
+ Beat is up-beat
+ Wardrobe is fantastic
+ Music video is incredible
+ Lyrics are well written
+ Drums are well played

G.U.Y Clever Word Play GaGa...
GaGa was a huge hit in 2008. She strives to perform greatly with her ArtPop album. As I begin to listen to each song the songs are amazing. But, G.U.Y isn't a well done song. The song lacks. Not only the music video is okay but, the lyrics are not written well. The lyrics are all about guys which the music video ties in greatly with the song. The song has a Greek theme to it making it fun to listen and watch as well. I like different parts in the music video. It makes the music video great. G.U.Y has a good beat to it. But, the beat doesn't change that much causing me to dislike the song. The wardrobe is good. GaGa's hair is too long. But, its a trend right? The song title G.U.Y is a weird title what does it even stand for? Overall G.U.Y stands great but, its flimsy in some parts. For all things music reviews keep it on Paul's Summer Blog. PH. And shout out Maddy T for watching TV in class. (Shes watching American Horror Story). Push through Maddy! Also Maddy you are super smart and pretty. You have a great sense of humor.
8.9/10 Great
Pros:
+ GaGa's back
+ Music video has a good theme to it
+ Lyrics are okay
+ Wardrobe is fantastic
Cons:
- Beat doesn't change that much
- Lyrics are repetitive sometimes

\When You Say You Need Me Know I Need You More
This is the last Miley review for a while everyone. Miley Cyrus as exseated my expectations. Her songs have scored high numbers. But, this song not so much. Cyrus was growing with songs and has crumbled with this song. There's no real message nor meaning to the song. Just a boring song. But, I like some lyrics in the song. "When You Say You Love Me Know I Love You More, And When You Say You Need Me Know I Need You More". This song loses major points for no depth to it. The violins get good points but the beat is just the same the whole time. Which makes it boring. Now for the music video. The music video strives for greatness but doesn't hit the mark. It actually lowers the points even more with a stupid music video involving Cyrus practically recording with a hand camera. At least she is wearing clothes. I do admire Miley for trying to make a good music video but, she fails greatly. We Can't Stop was a great music video. Miley is failing each music video now. There's no point of Miley to be in a bed with sheets when she is talking about guys. Pointless to the song. I am really disappointed in Miley. When Cyrus is in the bathtub she wears clothes but when she isn't taking a bath she isn't wearing clothes. Major lost for her. Overall this song is good but not good enough. For all things music reviews keep it on Paul's Summer Blog. PH. And a birthday shout out to Meredith R, Maddie C, and Kate K, hope you guys have a great birthday!
7.9/10 Good
Pros:
+ Lyrics are amazing
+ Violins are key
+ At least Cyrus is wearing clothes this time
Cons:
- Song is too slow
- Music video isn't working out
- The beat doesn't change

I Came In Like A Wrecking Ball
Miley Cyrus is one of the best role models I know. And you know why? Because of this song. This song is the best song I have listened for a while. We see the emotions in the lyrics as well as in the music video. I give major points to Miley for standing up for herself as people hate her. I applaud Miley for not caring about what others say. The lyrics are heart felt and with clean streaks of wrecking ball make the song work. Cyrus as a good tune to music when it comes to the heart felt songs like Wrecking Ball. Miley makes the song work with her beauty and talent. Now for the music video. The music video ties and great with the song. What I don't like is again wardrobe. No clothes makes it weird to watch Miley swing from a wrecking ball without any clothes on. It felt uncomfortable to watch it. I really enjoy Cyrus showing motion on her face. Making it look like she cares about those and even tho she puts up with shit she is willing to give in. Overall I think Miley Cryus is making great music and even tho she does drugs and drinks she knows that its wrong at least. We all make mistakes even its drinking or doing drugs. For all things music reviews keep it on Paul's Summer Blog. PH. And A HUGE shout out to one of the strongest girls I know. Bethany Vore. Stay strong!
9.7/10 Amazing Editors' Choice
Pros:
+ Lyrics are inspiring
+ Music video is great
+ Cryus showing emotion
+ Piano has a good tune to it
Cons:
- Wardrobe is a mess
- Miley put some clothes on please

Forget The Haters Because Somebody Loves Ya
As we know miss Miley has transformed from Hannah Montana to her own self now. I really admire Cyrus being her self. In this world not a lot of people be themselves they just follow the crowd. But Cyrus doesn't she proves to the world she doesn't care what others say about her. Same for me. As I listened to this song for the first time I really enjoyed it. The lyrics are catchy and the instruments are fabulous. Wardrobe is poor but, its not like we are keeping score right? The music video is very party like which is a cool way to watch. I love how Miley can twerk, not. Twerking isn't for Miley. That let me down to see Miley not be able to twerk. Twerking comes from the hips not just bending over. Overall Miley Cyrus can make music but, doesnt after to practically be nude in every single music video. Also cannot wait to watch Miley perfrom tonight at the Billboard's! Miley is nominated 9 times. Win all of them Miley! For all things music reviews keep it on Paul's Summer Blog. PH. Shout out to Ella S. for being one of nicest friends and can always cheer me up.
9.5/10 Amazing Editors' Choice
Pros:
+ Cyrus being herself
+ Instruments are perfect
+ Impressive Lyrics
+ Amazing music video
Cons:
- Miley cannot Twerk
- Wardrobe is a disaster

Magical Frozen Wonderland
As we all know Frozen is the Number 1 best movie. It made over a billion dollars and the soundtrack was very successful as well. Let It Go proves how well Disney is. The movie is fantastic and so is the soundtrack. Let It Go is still in the top 5 charts and the song was released in November. That's ho well the song is. The song is very well thought out. The artist which is Idina Menzel. Menzel brings it to the table with her soft stable notes. I wouldn't be surprised if Frozen is turned into a Broadway production. Now the music video. There's no music video because, Disney just put the scene where Elsa is singing Let It Go. The scene is perfection. We see Elsa turning into what she has been hiding all her life. The castle brings excellent color and beauty. We see Elsa also telling us what she can do. Overall Let It Go is one of the best songs yet! For all things music reviews keep it on Paul's Summer Blog. PH. Shout out to Tommy W. for losing in volleyball today.
10/10 Masterpiece Editors' Choice
Pros:
+ Lyrics are amazing
+ Frozen
+ Piano is incredible
+ Music video is wonderful
+ Elsa (Idina Menzel)
Cons:

It's Not Even Summer Why Is the DJ keep on playing Summer Time Sadness?
As we know Calvin Harris has blown through the charts. He went from nothing to the most famous DJs. But, Harris lacks one thing. Lyrics. He fails to write his own lyrics. Nothing yet to I Need Your Love featuring Ellie Goulding. The lyrics in the song Summer is repetitive making it less fun to listen to. I wanted more out of the song but, I couldn't find anything to make the song good. That made me dislike the song even more. But, the more times I listened to the song the better it got. For some reason the song has grown on me making the song still bad but not as bad as the first time I have listened to Summer. Now the music video. The music video strives to have good qualities but it doesn't. The good side the music video goes with the song. The music video has a great focus on what Summer is really about. Girls, pool parties, alcohol, and road racing. The song Summer came out too early causing it not fit in with season. Overall the song is good but not good enough. The violins in the beginning get major points because, of how well clean they are. I liked the beginning the most. For more music reviews keep it on Paul's Summer Blog. PH. Shout out to Cole C for being a nice and cool friend.
6.3/10 Okay
Pros:
+ Violins in the beginning
+ Strong music video
Cons:
- Song out of season
- Repetitive lyrics
- No featured artist
- Awkward bass towards the end of the song

So Do You Wanna Play With Magic?
As we all know Katy Perry as gone from Candy Girl to Sexy Girl. The song "Dark Horse" doesn't feel like it should be with the album which is call Prism. The song also features Juicy J which doesn't make the song feel so bright. I was dissapointed to see the music video. I was looking for something other than a Egypt theme to it. The music video wasn't good even. It didn't show what Katy could bring. Her last song "Unconditionally" made it work. Not so much for this song. Again we see Katy bringing the "bright" side of her which makes it difficult to see how Juicy J is "bright". The good side of this song is the way it goes. That bass in the back round has a good beat to it. But, Juicy J ruins the part of Katy. Makes it seem like Katy isn't going down the right path. That makes me worry. But, I like Juicy J's part in the song. It made good sense to hear what he has to offer to the song. Katy isn't a artist that would go with rap. That's just my opinion. Katy Perry is one of my favorite artist but she lacks what she knows best, Music Videos. For more music videos stay on Music Reviews. PH And Shout out to Adam K for being a cool dude. And being my #1 fan as well.
8.8/10 Great
Pros:
+ Katy Perry
+ The Bass
+ Juicy J
Cons:
- Music video is poor
- Not such a "bright" song
